Cancellations

Cancellations and refund requests must be made by calling 020 7490 8888 during normal business hours (9am - 5pm GMT) or an email sent to info@gracelifelondon.org.

Refund requests received earlier than 60 days before the event will be honored in full, minus a £10.00 cancellation-processing fee per cancellation. Cancellations received between 60 to 15 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be granted within 14 days of the event.
